Your Up Against
I want to talk to you about what you're up against in your personal injury case.
It's not a fair fight when you've got a giant insurance company on the other side.
You're not on equal footing.
For example, in wrestling, boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and mixed-martial arts, we have weight classes, and there's a reason, we want the competitors to be on equal footing.
We want fighters of the same size, wrestlers of the same size, to be on the mat together.
Well, when you've been injured through someone else's negligence, you're not going up against an opponent in your weight class.
You're duking it out with an enormous insurance company.
Top 5 Insurance Companies in the United States
I did a little research before this video.
The top five auto insurance companies in the United States wrote premiums valued at almost $150 billion in 2022.
That's what you're up against.
State Farm, Geico, Progressive, Allstate, and Farmers, are enormous companies with billions of dollars in resources.
In Our Recent Case
Let me give you a sense of how the insurance company will play, and it won't be a fair fight.
In a recent case that came into our office, our client was severely injured in a head-on collision.
This accident was totally the fault of the other driver.
Our client did nothing wrong.
She applied full braking and, trying to bring her vehicle to a stop, steered to avoid the accident, but despite her best driving efforts.
She was still struck in an offset head-on collision.
She received severe injuries, terrible bruising, and terrible restraint injuries from her seat belt.
Her injuries were so significant that she couldn't even go home when she was released from the hospital.
She had to go to a family member's house, where she convalesced for the better part of a month, requiring significant care to complete the basic activities of daily living.
While our client was still in her family member's home, she received a phone call from the insurance company for the vehicle that had caused this accident, and they told her her case was only worth $1000.
Her medical bills hadn't been received.
She had yet to receive her ambulance bill.
And she was not even close to fully healed.
The ambulance bill alone exceeded the $1000 offer.
And we've gladly taken on this client's case.
We're going to take the insurance company to task.
We're going to level the playing field for our client.
We will turn it into a fair fight because getting an offer like that within weeks of an accident, when you're still significantly injured, is just not right.
